He is a Founding Partner of Yarto y Narro, S.C. He specializes in commercial transactions and his professional practice focuses mainly on matters related to the representation of companies and national and foreign financial institutions with an experience of more than 30 years.

He is in charge of the financial and stock market practice areas, attending to various corporate and corporate matters, since he participates in various Boards of Directors, attending to their Secretariat.

Before participating in the founding of the firm in 2003, he worked at Grupo Financiero Banorte, initially serving as Legal Director of Casa de Bolsa Banorte, S.A. de C.V., and occupying since 1997 and until his departure from the Group, the General Legal Department and the Secretary of the Board of Directors of Grupo Financiero Banorte and its controlled companies. During his stay, he coordinated all the legal activities of the entities belonging to the Group; the constitution and transformation of all the entities that at the time made up the Financial Group and in acquisitions such as Banco del Centro, Banpaís and Bancrecer.

In his professional career he has participated in the Legal Committee of the Mexican Association of Stock Brokers, serving as Vice President during the period 1995-1997. Being an honorary member of the same since January 2012.

He participated as a member of the Legal Executive Committee of the Mexican Bankers Association.

He has chaired the Disciplinary Committee of the Mexican Association of Stock Market Intermediaries since 2004.
